A few weeks ago my Mom resurrected this Asian salad that I hadn't had since I was a a little chillin kickin it back in NY. Our good family friend, Judy created this amazing Asian Ginger dressing.
It is LEGIT in every sense of the word.
1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
1 teaspoon garlic, minced
2 green onions, chopped
1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup honey
1 teaspoon sesame oil
I just throw all the ingredients in the blender and let it do its magic. Tonight, we had it over brown rice, cabbage, lettuce, shredded carrots, cilantro and some green onions. I wish I had some pot stickers to go with it but that trip to Costco didn't happen this weekend. Oh well, soooo goood!
